Blueberry Muffin Ice Cream

We start by cooking blueberry muffins in a waffle iron to get that maillard reaction. We steep our ice cream base in these muffin waffles to impart the flavor. Once churned, we ripple our own blueberry compote and streusel bits throughout. The flavor is unmistakable. This is arguable one of our most popular flavors!
