In March 2023 we met with two grade 2-3 classes to teach them about hot and cold and how ice cream is made. Each student created their own ice cream flavors. We selected one recipe from each class to create and sell in store! Key Lime Cheesecake is made with fresh limes and contains real, freshly-made cheesecake pieces.
For April, when you purchase a Coalbanks ice cream you will get a scoop of each and a vote on which ice cream is best!
